MUFF is a student-run film festival devoted to showcasing independent artist driven cinema. - Student Driven, Community MadeThe Milwaukee Underground Film Festival (MUFF) began as a class offered to film students here at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. It has since evolved into an annual, internationally recognized film festival while remaining student-run. The festival, having been founded in 2002 by Christine Khalafian, is running its 24th program and we hope to continue for many years to come.Our submission fees are low, admission is free and we want to keep it that way to supp
